Stimulating teachers’ participation in lifelong training programs

In this paper we will present the main ways to stimulate teacher participation in lifelong education programs, have conducted during a POCU project, implemented between April 11, 2018 and December 10, 2020. The purpose of research approach was demonstrate role providing incentives teachers who participate continuing programs. study started from general hypothesis that opportunity obtain some types contributes motivating teachers’ as well obtaining very good results evaluation process. methods used carry out were: survey method tool questionnaire on quality programs which participated; analyzing products activity portfolio for each methodology stimulant offered type. provided project support tools, performance reward teachers. By disseminating multiplying practices regarding continuous training process, educational act with long-term effects be ensured.
